Whistleblowing

CMG GROUP has adopted an appropriate dedicated platform to enable anyone to submit reports, either orally or in writing, anonymously or confidentially, at the reporting person’s discretion, while ensuring their protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination.

How to submit a report?

The reporting person will have the option to choose between: (i) completing a written report form or (ii) submitting a voice recording.

What information are you asked to provide?

In the reporting forms, you will be asked to describe the incident as clearly and comprehensively as possible, including the relevant circumstances, such as the time and place of occurrence, as well as any other pertinent information. You are not expected to have all the answers, but the more complete your report is, the easier it will be to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Oral reports are submitted through a voice recording of up to 10 minutes, which can be reviewed and, if necessary, deleted before final submission.

How will the report be handled?

The platform is managed by a specialized third party that is independent of the CMG Group. The system allows reports to be submitted WITHOUT REQUIRING THE DISCLOSURE OF THE REPORTING PERSON’S IDENTITY. If the reporting person chooses to disclose their identity, its confidentiality is guaranteed.

This platform ensures compliance with security requirements aimed at protecting the confidentiality of reporting persons and with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR).
