Code of Ethics
C.M.G. GROUP DI PIACENTINI G. & C. S.R.L. recognizes its Code of Ethics as the fundamental document for the affirmation and promotion of the values, principles, and standards of conduct that must guide all company activities.
The Code of Ethics defines the set of rights, duties, and responsibilities that the Group adopts and requires in the conduct of its business activities with all parties with whom it maintains relationships, in any capacity. Its provisions apply, in particular, to directors, employees, collaborators, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, Public Administrations, public officials and persons entrusted with a public service, as well as any other stakeholder with whom the Group establishes professional or institutional relationships.
Organisation, Management and Control Model
The Organisation, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 is intended to establish a structured and comprehensive system of principles, rules, procedures, and control activities aimed at preventing the risk of the offences provided for under the Decree.
Through the adoption of the Model, C.M.G. GROUP DI PIACENTINI G. & C. S.R.L. seeks to promote and foster a corporate culture based on legality, fairness, transparency, and integrity, raising awareness among all individuals who act, in any capacity, in the name and on behalf of the Company of the importance of complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with the Company’s ethical principles.
The Model therefore constitutes a fundamental prevention and control tool, designed to guide the conduct of its recipients and reduce the risk of the offences contemplated by Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 being committed.
